Welcome to your pediatric multiple sclerosis support team

members of the pediatric ms team

Our staff specializes in the treatment of children with multiple sclerosis (MS) and is dedicated to providing our patients with state-of-the-art care. Our clinical facilities are customized for the care of children and include a new pediatric outpatient unit located at the Yawkey Outpatient Center at Massachusetts General Hospital. Many of our personnel are also on staff at our partner institution, the Mass General Brigham Adult Care MS Center, which is a leader in MS treatment and research, and provides continuity of care for our patients. We are conducting several research studies to better understand the causes and effects of MS and demyelinating diseases in children, and we have established collaborations with other national and international centers to study these conditions.

In past years, we have been selected as a "Center of Excellence" by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. As part of this honor, we have worked with other recognized centers and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society as part of a network to provide comprehensive care and to conduct clinical research related to childhood multiple sclerosis.
